Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Moringa powder
  • 115g butter
  • 200g granulated sugar
  • 55g brown sugar
  • 90g white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 120g all-purpose flour
  • A pinch of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

How to Make

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F) and greasing a baking pan.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and white chocolate together. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  3. In another mixing bowl, beat the eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy and well incorporated.
  4. Add the melted butter and white chocolate mixture to the egg mixture. Stir until smooth.
  5. Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt into the bowl. Add the Moringa powder as well.
  6. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  7. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the top is slightly cracked.
  9. Remove the brownies from the oven and allow them to cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes.
  10. Once cooled, cut the brownies into squares and serve.
